Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with clients and Sub-contractors for the installations and maintenance of play & sports equipment.
• Monitor the installation team to ensure the fulfillment of required quality standards and time frame of the projects.
• Responsible for preparing report, analysis and ad hoc work task as required
• Liaise with clients and various internal teams.
• Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the sales teams.
• Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned

Salary and remuneration:

• HK$18,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered.

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Hardworking, strong problem solving skills with customer oriented service attitude
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese(Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required
