We are now seeking a high calibre candidate to join our project team for the follow position:

Senior / Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in PRC building construction project
• Site experience is required  
• In-depth experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation of subletting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
• Good command of both written English and Putonghua
• Hands-on PC skills including Word & Excel
• Required to work on site at Shenzhen
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor and less experience will be considered for the post of Quantity Surveyor
