Qualification/Requirements:

• Diploma / Cert in Building/Construction/Design or related disciplines is an advantage
• At least 3-years solid experience in office, luxury retail and restaurant fit out project
• Candidate with Less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop
• Able to work independently, detail-minded , responsible and work under pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Scope of Major Duties:

• To develop conceptual drawing, shop drawing and selection of material
• Proficiency in interior fitting-out, E&M and furniture design
• Liaison and coordinate with client and internal design team
