Greater Group Hong Kong office is currently looking for creative, passionate and experienced Interior Designers to be part of a team focused on the design and delivery of retail projects from conception right through to Detail Design and Construction. 

Requirements
 

• Fluent in English 
• Minimum 8 years industry experience
 
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of a construction project 
• High level expertise of technical drawings & standards 
• Experience with retail & roll-out projects 
• Experience setting up drawing templates for roll-out projects 
• Knowledge and experience with CAD software
• ArchiCAD and BIM(Building Information Modelling) preferable but not essential  
• Good communication and people skills 
• Excellent motivational and leadership skills 
• Work well under pressure 

 Responsibilities 

• Initiate design concept, layouts and material selections
• Responsible for quality control and output of design & documentation team 
• Responsible for drawing adherence to company standards 
• Ensure design budgets and targets are met 
• Assist with the creation of drawing templates 
• Liaise with design account managers from global offices via email, phone, and video conference 
• Responsible for mentoring and assisting development of designers 
• Responsible for allocating projects to design & documentation team 
• Actively participate in performance reviews of design & documentation team 
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
