Duties:

• Assist project managers and designers to coordinate project matters, schedule and report problems.
• To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress
• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, third parties.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for the project team and client’s record.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
• Coordinate between client, contractor, interior designer both on drawings and actual site conditions.
• Liaise with relevant parties during the whole working process.
• Handle full set shop drawing for submission, fabrication.
• Occasionally travel to other countries when required.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or related
• Able to handle multiple priorities.
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willing to learn and attention to details.
• Skillful with design software such as CAD and/or BIM system;
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Hong Kong base, acceptance to dispatch to Macau and Vietnam or other project areas, if necessary. 
• Candidates with less experience / Fresh Graduates are also considered.
