Job Responsibilities: 

•          Responsible for all design functions ranging from fashion trend research and analysis, design of marketable collections to completion of specification for fitting, technical details to salesman meeting presentation
•          Sourcing and Compare the sourced/ current materials with our competitors so as to ensure continuous improvement
•          Maintain effective communication with sales & merchandising teams to ensure design concepts are clearly delivered
•          Provide sufficient guidelines to sample rooms and vendors to achieve the best product appearances and high level of product quality
•          Well understand of current market, latest fashion trends, especially in kids wear, design and develop projects with fashion, innovation and marketable in mind
•          Research of seasonal themes, fabrications and material and colors etc.
•          Translate design directions and concepts to technical drawings and size fitting as well as communication with technician and merchandiser throughout the whole production procedure 
•          Conduct seasonal design presentations
•          Support brand related marketing functions including Photo shooting , Art direction ,etc.
•          Timely delivery of design output in accordance with daily and weekly schedule
•          Execute all ad-hoc job duties assigned by superior
•          Strong sense of responsibility

Job Requirements: 

•          Degree holder in design or related discipline
•          At least 8 years fashion design experience with graphical knowledge / experience PLUS kidswear experience are a must
•          With experience in Design collection with Fabric knowledge
•          Experience in print and embellishment, ideally in high-end/luxury fashion industry
•          Good fashion sense and communication skills
•          Hong Kong / PRC brand experience is Preferred 
•          Creative, Passionate in Design & Fashion industry
•          Self motivated with strong leadership and mentorship skill is an advantage
•          Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
•          Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic tools
•          Positive mindset with excellent interpersonal skill
•          Willing to travel to PRC and other regions upon request 
•          Digital Graphic skills and knowledge is preferred
