Responsibilities:

• Floor plan drafting and revising
• Present the store design requirement and idea to contractor
• Manage the shop development from planning & monitoring to completion
• Responsible for planning and implementing renovation and maintenance projects
• Work with contractors and ensure their performances to company standard

Requirements:

• Good social and interpersonal attitude
• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, PS, Illustrator
• Experience in restaurant floor plan drafting
• Good, listening and communication skills
  
• Strong self-motivation. Able to work independently under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Supervisor
