Job Responsibilities 

• Develop styles/collections in cooperation with  internal teams and suppliers.
• Contribute to the development process to fully optimize targets of design and quality.
• Manage in samples delivery, fit and quality.
• Coordinate and supervise all developments, approval and communication of all designs,fabric,washing,trimming and other accessories.
• Proactive communication with related parties to achieve efficient and effective product development process.
• Responsible for preparation and follow up on all data (e.g. tech pack, style specification, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments, etc.).
• Organised accurate data  in systems.
• Take part in development trips.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in apparel  industry
• Fabric knowledge and experience is a must
• Good understanding and knowledge of apparel components and product costing
• Proficient in Excel, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented good communication and good team work
• Good command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
