Their suite of comprehensive design consultancy services includes home furniture rental and a host of design and styling services for property developers, designers and organisations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We provide property styling services using our range of furniture, artwork and home accessories on a rental or buy arrangement. This unique service offering has been designed to help property developers maximise the appeal of a property to a potential client.

We use product from the exclusive Indigo Living retail range, as seen in our seven Hong Kong showrooms, as well as a host of other styles and designs enabling our stylists to create any look required. Property Styling projects range from styling an empty property through to simply adding some fresh rugs and artwork to an existing furnished property to lift its appeal.

We are looking for a stylist to join the Property Styling Team. Working closely with the interior design team, you will provide our Corporate Sales customers with beautiful stylish interiors that match the Indigo Living lifestyle. This role will be key to further establish Indigo Living as the leading home furnishings lifestyle brand in Hong Kong by providing a luxury experience for Indigo Living clients through our services.

We are looking for a very dynamic, creative and passionate person.Motivated, organized and detail-oriented; able to work independently.  You will have a strong desire to grow and be challenged.

This job position requires schedule flexibility and travel across several locations in Hong Kong and sometimes China.  Both office and manual work will be expected, as well as overtime.

  1. FULL INTERIOR DECORATING SERVICE TO OUR CORPORATE CLIENTS.

-          Produce brand appropriate concept design presentations; communicating design concepts mood boards, space planning layouts and product selections

-          Provide BOQ’s for all product using primarily Indigo products.

-          Outsource any needed products and services to complete the job.

-          Manage and ensure the smooth set-up and styling.

-          Lead multiple, small and large-scale projects, from property styling to relocation

 

  1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

-          Manage all your property styling projects to ensure smooth set-up, styling and fine-tuning within deadlines

-          Ensure the finalized projects will uphold the Indigo design standards and guidelines.

-           Own all phases of the client experience including consultations, site visits and delivery. 

-          You will implement and supervise the Indigo Living standard and guidelines in all our projects whilst supporting the Corporate Sales team to achieve sales targets.

-          Keep an updated and complete visual and paperwork record for each project at all times

 

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

-          Team work across all business units

-          Able to interpret trends and translate them to our customers’ needs creating a unique design solution for them

-          To be responsible with the quality and accuracy of work produced

-          Complete tasks within a given time frame, able to work towards tight deadlines and with a high degree of flexibility

-          High quality presentations

-          To have excellent Indigo Living product knowledge, fabrics, wallpapers, delivery lead times, pricing, and history behind product

-          File management and administration skills, with an awareness of inventory management and in-house inventory systems

 

CORE COMPETENCIES

-          Design Education background; Fine Arts/Graphic Design/ Diploma or above in Interior Design/Decoration or related discipline preferred.

-          Must possess a strong sense of design, colour and style with an understanding of global home design trends and latest materials.

-          High level organisational skills with strong time management.

-          Proficiency in Creative Adobe Suite.  Sketch-up will be valued.

-          Able to work creatively within a project team environment; Good communication and team skills, Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to work overtime

-          Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

-          Availability to travel is preferred

-          Fluency in spoken English a must, it will be beneficial if candidates are multilingual

-           Immediate availability preferred
