Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the upkeep of brand identity throughout the whole organization
• Manages the creative, structural and technical phases of VM display projects, setup for stores and events
• Conducts regular store visits to ensure that the brand image and visual merchandising standards are maintained in all stores
• Provides visual merchandise guidelines and training to all store staff
• Works with internal and external parties to meet the display goals
• Prepares graphic designs, animated videos and VM set up for promotional, holidays, seasonal changes
• Manages all advertising campaign visual identity and photo shoot guidelines
• Works directly with vendors / production house to source and coordinates delivery of visual aids

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of VM & Graphic Design experience related to the retail industry, with at least 3 years in supervisory level
• Great sense of aesthetics and style
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communications and presentation skills, able to present creative ideas to top management
• Pro-active, creative and outgoing personality
• Good command of English and Cantonese
