Job Duties:

• Responsible for handling design and progress monitoring until completion of project
• Handle full set of design presentation (i.e. space planning, conceptual design, sketching, material board and colour perspective drawings), technical drawings with practical details in construction
• Site supervision and coordination with clients, contractors and sub-contractors
• Materials & accessories sourcing, order placing and delivery follow up
• Attractive base salary and double pay, annual discretionary bonus

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in design
• At least 3 years experience in interior design field; experience in exhibition design is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D visualization softwares (e.g., 3DS Max, Rhino)
• Excellent on detail drawings and able to handle full set of working drawings independently
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills with strong visual and design elements
• Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Designer position
