The Job

• Manage contractors and monitor site activities to meet the target time frame, budget control, report to Principal Director, and attention to construction details and monitor project quality standard, knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, ISO 9001, ISO14001, and SA8000.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hard-working individual and capable of handling project independently, strong leadership and site supervising skills.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related discipline
• 3-10 years working experience in interior renovation and fitting out
• Good leadership/management and able to work under pressure
• Overseas trip is occasionally
