Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for on-site project execution
2. Monitor site progress and material delivery
3. Monitor site work accuracy and workmanship quality
4. Arrange weekly site meeting
5. Help contractors to solve problem in detail
6. Control cost to meet budget target
7. Help PM to prepare weekly meeting minutes

Requirements :

1. Graduate of interior design, building service or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 to 4 years in project management in fitting out work
3. Able to work independently and handle full set working drawings
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
