Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor and manage the content, product listings, pricing and inventory of online stores
• Support daily operations of online and in-stores including order fulfillment, logistics and customer service
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective order processing and logistics arrangement
• Prepare e-Commerce sales or related reports as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in e-Commerce, Retail or related discipline
• Self-motivated, good team player and willing to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
