Job Description:

• Responsible for business results, business development and marketing budget for the website store;
• Partner with Marketing team to create and execute omni-channel initiatives, including drive to store features and in store eCommerce;
• Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase traffic, revenue and brand awareness across Hong Kong’s stores and website;
• Work with third party logistics and retail management to optimize all logistical processes, including order fulfillment and delivery, packaging processes and after sale customer care;
• Identify actions to establish and improve strong customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty in addition to driving traffic to the retail stores and create cross channel experiences for Hong Kong customers;
• Develop website content including product photos and descriptions; lead website revamp/enhancement projects;
• Monitor competitors' trends to improve the company’s digital marketing strategy;
• Team Management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of prior experience in eCommerce; At least 5 years in a senior management position;
• Must have a strong operational and CRM mindset;
• Proven ability to create and execute successful omni-channel initiatives, yielding measurable results (i.e. higher cross-channel sales, improved customer satisfaction);
• Experience in optimizing online marketing channel experience;
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, ecommerce or a related discipline;
• Sensitivity to the luxury industry and ability to grasp the unique supply chain/production process for luxury goods as it impacts how the product is managed on-line;
• Passionate about the brand;
• Less experience will be considered Senior Manager.
