Responsibilities

• Reporting to Head of Business Intelligence and conduct regular customer analysis
• Support business growth through effective targeting and analyzing customer behavior
• Enhance campaign effectiveness by driving event-triggered marketing programme
• Participate in risk scoring and support the development of scorecard model
  
  

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in Statistics, Business Analysis, Mathematics or a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in business intelligence analysis or database marketing, preferable in financial sector
• Knowledge in programming languages, e.g. SAS, R, Python
• Experience in scoring model or BI reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView) is a strong advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
