    E-commerce Assistant

Job description:

• Assist our team for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all our websites
• Assist to manage the company’s social media platforms, like Facebook and Instagram
• Prepare and update product listing as well as photos on company websites, online sales channel, like Alibaba
• Assist to make products’ photo shooting and photo retouching
• Assist to prepare the graphic banners on social media platforms 
• Prepare online marketing materials like Newsletter  
• Assist the sales team to follow up the inquiries on online platforms 
• Ad-hoc assignments as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in business/ marketing / E-commerce disciplines or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is required
• The sophisticated user of popular social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) is preferred
• Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills for administrative support and/ or customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
