Job Description

 

Our client is an insurtech company founded by a passionate team, formed by technical experts, insurance consultants, product specialist. The team is dedicated to building an intelligent insurance platform to enhance the transparency of insurance products, and facilitate customers to better understand the products.

 

They are looking for high calibre candidates to share our vision and venture our success.

 

  

You Will:

 

 

  • Work with Head of Products to design, modify, enhance and manage the engine of insurance product comparison platform
  • Assist Head of Products in selecting products into comparison platform and perform due diligence of insurance partners
  • Develop as an insurance product expert both internally and externally including with third party vendors
  • Establish effective working relationships with a cross-functional team including UI/UX Designers, Developers, Marketing, Sales Support, Operations
  • Work with Business Lead to provide and deliver technical and design requirements
  • Participate and provide advice on the overall marketing strategies, both above-the-line and below-the-line
  • Work with Marketing team to develop content and comparison for the platform
  • Adept at prioritizing and re- prioritizing tasks based on tradeoffs such as development cost, technology constraints, customer value proposition, user experience
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture, through ensuring quality advice and deliverable, and contributing to product knowledge and skills sharing

 

You should have/ be:

 

 

  • At least 5 years’ working experience in life insurance industry
  • Extensive knowledge on life insurance product
  • With challenge the status-quo and can-do attitude
  • Strong planning, organization, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, conscientious and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
