Responsibilities: 

• To monitor the customer database management and conduct analysis on business performance, customer experience, marketing intelligence  and campaign effectiveness
• To analyze customer profiles, trends and establish KPI for Hong Kong and Macau Market.
• To manage CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely database management and effectiveness.
• To develop membership and promotion programs to targeted segmentations via direct mailings, SMS, eDM, Wechat, APP message etc.
• To work closely with marketing & sales team and Head Quarter for development and implementation of promotion campaign.
• To conduct market research and share findings with action plans.
• To prepare reports on a regular basis and ad-hoc management reports to meet management needs and corporate strategy.

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in IT, CRM, eCommerce or related discipline.
• 2 year+ experiences in eCommerce & CRM management, preferably in FMCG and retail industries.
• Proficient with MS Office ; Knowledge of HTML/ Google Analytics/ Internet Technology
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
