Responsibilities:

• Build & develop the company's eCommerce business
• Responsible for defining the eCommerce strategy and road map to maximize sales and minimize conflicts among channel partners
• Analyse online marketing budget and online advertising spent by channel to maximize ROI
• Set up, measure & drive third party partners and agencies performance
• Act as the primary administrator of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to support markets in site merchandising including campaigns/ promotions setup, A/B test, SEO, sorting rules, search optimization, content personalization, etc
• Act as the project manager to work with internal & third party vendors to deliver the project on-time and as scheduled
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements by understanding local business needs, providing best industry expertise and coordinate with vendors to develop the site to meet / exceed expectations
• Enhance & execute the digital marketing and CRM strategy to enhance site traffic and conversion regularly

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years in eCommerce/online related experience,  preferably in sports or footwear industry 
• Familiar with different online marketplace platforms, such as Tmall, JD.com, etc
• Some buying background is preferable
• Excellent analytical, presentation & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience can apply for Senior E-commerce Executive
