You will be part of a small team in a growing company, with the opportunity to learn and grow with the business 

Initial responsibilities include:

• Assisting the General Manager with purchasing of product from New Zealand
• Reviewing products on arrival
• Ensuring accuracy of our inventory management system
• Liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders

Requirements:

• Understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Training will be provided for our online platforms (Xero/Unleashed/Shopify)
• 3 years previous experience; preferably in the hospitality industry, customer service, purchasing or importing 
• Fluent in both Cantonese/English - verbal & written
