Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation of online store, including but not limited to product listing, product pricing & advertising, product content update etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day management across E-commerce for business development, operation, research and development
• Handle online orders, logistics, enquiries, complaints and matters related to customer services
• Work closely with internal departments, i.e. marketing, design, merchandizing, logistics teams within the company
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and support the sales and marketing activities including regular reports preparation, market intelligence consolidation, data analysis etc.
• Create post and handle feedback on social media, i.e. Facebook and instagram, on a regular basis. 

Requirements:

• High diploma or higher graduate in Marketing, e-Commerce, Communication or Business related disciplines with 1-2 years working experiences.
• Strong sales and marketing sense & passion in e-Commerce & digital marketing.
• Sound understanding of ecommerce platform in Hong Kong and China including OpenCart, Taobao, Carousell, Stsy, Pinkoi, and ebay.
• Good understanding of Google analytics and Paid ads is preferable.
• Knowledge in Photoshop is a plus.
• A true team player being open, flexible and receptive towards changes
• Able to work under pressure and with multi-task
• High sense of responsibility, mature and self-initiative
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin & English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
