Management Trainee Program is a talent-tailored 6-month program bringing you a unique opportunity to unleash your potentials and break your own limits. Trainees will be provided with opportunities of ample learning and exposure in our treatment centre business operations to facilitate all-round personal development. With successful completion of the program, trainees with high-caliber will take an operations supervisory role as our business unit leaders.
Under an individual development plan, your development will be accelerated through various learning initiatives including and structured classroom training, operations on-the-job training and challenging assignments as well as dialogue with managing director.
Throughout the program, mentors from front-line operations management will be assigned to guide each trainee. Mentors will offer trainees guidance and help you understand your development from a holistic and down-to-earth perspective. Mentors will also provide exposure and opportunities to develop your potentials during attachment period.
A regular performance evaluation is also in place to identify your key strengths and development areas to ensure that you stay on track in achieving your professional and personal goals.

Requirements
- Associate Degree holder or above in any discipline
- Possess 1-2 years of work experience
- Have an aspiration and commitment to develop career in medical aesthetic profession
- Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills
- Have an outgoing, independent and energetic personality
- Willing to take initiative and strive for improvement
- Muster up courage to achieve target sales
- Immediate available preferred
