Responsibilities:

• Key member of the Project Implementation Team to centrally manage all the heavy contract administration work with the tenants during the construction stage of key projects, including but not limited to Kwo Lo Wan & AMC expansion and future development of other key cargo facilities.
• Work with Capital Work Department (CWD) on Tenant’s detailed design to fulfill the requirements of various critical government studies, including Wing Study, CNS Assessment and Traffic Impact Assessment
• Support AGM and GM to ensure Tenant’s compliance with contractual requirements in all sub-lease documents, in particular construction schedule during construction stage, including but not limited to minimum GFA, building specifications, design handling capacity, operation commencement date, etc.
• Assure smooth operation interface (including airside, landside, security, etc.) with all relevant parties
• To establish a financial models for new cargo business initiatives and formulation of new charging mechanism upon contract renewal or tender of new/existing services
• To establish a new data platform for Pharma corridor and maintenance of data integrity and confidentiality
• Coordinate business plan and budget for ALD on annual and 5-years rolling basis

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering, preferably in Quantitative Analysis and related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience with strong project implementation/ management experience ideally in cargo/logistics/ property industry
• Good team player, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Proactive, passion for learning and meticulous
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
