What will you do?

• Lead a technical team on daily operations including but not limited to maintenance works, technical and sustainability issues such as tenant fitting out, reinstatement and alternation works for a commercial complex
• Conduct periodic review, update maintenance procedures and systems to ensure service quality and work standard
• Compile and manage related budgets and controls
• Provide technical inputs on new projects and developments
• Be responsible for safe, reliable and efficient maintenance of the building services and facilities in our properties
• Follow the compliance with the latest statutory rules and regulations
• Act as a motivating driver for all maintenance staff to strive for continuous improvement and excellence

Do you have a right profile?

• Holder of Corporate Membership or Chartered Engineer qualification of relevant discipline
• At least8 years of relevant working experience; with practical hands-on experience in managing large-scale commercial complex will be an advantage
• Strong leadership skill and with solid experience to lead a sizable team
• Good communication skills, independent and aggressive with all-rounded knowledge of repair, maintenance, A&A and construction works
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred

*Candidates who are Registered Safety Officer/Safety Auditor/Class 3 Fire Service Installation Contractor will be preferred.
