Job Descriptions:

• To supervise, control and support the manufacturing operations of the factory
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
• Motivate the staff and provides on-the-job training to them
• Identify possible operational risks and report to the Management
• Work closely with other departments including production planning, purchasing and warehouse etc.
• To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in manufacturing/engineering related discipline
• Min. 3 years supervisory experience in factory work floor.
• Good command in Cantonese/Mandarin and knowledge in English is a plus
• A good team player
• Responsible, details and analytical minded
• Proficiency in MS office and typing Chinese
