Responsibilities

•  Provide in-house and on-site field services for bar-code scanner, sensor and air monitoring system.
•  Provide product installation, calibration, commissioning, repair and subsequent support and maintenance services to customers.
•  Assist customer service, sales team and project manager for product quotation, warranty, project/tender management and after sales technical supports/queries. Provide product & application training, calibration, field testing and compliance support to customers.
• Prepare regular progress, calibration & field service reports to senior management and customers.
•  Act as liaison between sales team, application and service support,and product management.
•  Support adhoc project assigned by the company.
•  Occasional traveling to Main Land China or on ship for field service support is expected.
•  Coordination work with overseas service team on the installation and technical support.
  

Requirement

•  Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology or equivalent.
•  Minimum 2 years relevant experience in field service support. At least 1 year on-site service experience in waste and power industry is an advantage.
•  Knowledge on automation, waste and power management is also preferred.
•  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus.
•  Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently.
• Willing to work in crematorium and incineration plant is a must.
• Able to work under pressure at night shift on ad hoc project.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) is a must.
