Main responsibilities:

• To expand and increase our market share and grow sales in Hong Kong and Asian countries.
• To prepare sales and marketing plans.
• To plan, serve and work with customers on sales and marketing activities.
• To develop all aspects of marketiing strategies including brand building, product positioning, customer segmentation, penetration planning, budgeting and business growth plan etc.
• To manage a company of about 40-50 people in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

• University educated (preferably in marketing).
• Be international minded (preferably with a background of international companies).
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• At least 5 years experience in housewares business.
• Strong interpersonal skill.
• Creative and self-motivated.
• Strong in leadership.
