Responsibility:

• Provide sales & technical support, training, troubleshooting, complaint investigation & solving to salesforce & customers for the use of medical devices such as anaesthesia machine, ventilator, infusion pump, ultrasound machine, and patient monitoring system.
  
• Shows teamwork and cooperation with sales & services teams.
• Prepare training materials..
• Support the launch of new products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above of Biomedical Science/ Engineering, Nursing, Paramedic or related studies
•  Minimum 1-year solid sales or marketing experience in medical device/ consumables industry & knowledge in Computer Network or Hardware is preferable.
• Experienced in serving anaesthesia machine/ ventilator, ultrasound machine, patient monitor, network engineering is a plus.
• Self-motivation, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Speak fluently in Cantonese and English.
