Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials and components for production
• Sourcing for new materials, vendors, and suppliers
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotation and price negotiation
• Maintain inventory details of China Factory
• Quality control of purchases
• Coordinate inventory transfers and shipments
• Handle daily logistics arrangement
• Handle purchase documents

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 1 years in purchasing and supply management or related experience
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self motivated, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
