Our client is a sizable security technology company in Hong Kong. They have extensive business horizon including different industries, local and global companies, as well as government departments. Their business is covering not only Hong Kong but many cities in China.

Responsibilities

Lead a sizable team in HK and China, monitor team performance KPIs and build the strong teamwork culture within the team.

Responsible for key projects for business expansion, ensure implementation excellence.

Responsible for system design, development and support of in-house application systems, including web application systems and backend systems.

Engage in project lifecycle including user requirement collection, analysis and design, development, SIT, UAT, training, documentation and ongoing support.

Support Sales teams in project deployment, provide recommendations to resolve issues, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issues, if any.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline, Master will be an advantage.

At least 8 years working experience on product design/ development C#, scripting language, Java EE and Java SE. In addition, with experience with client-server application design/development and system programming. Working knowledge of the security technology industry is an advantage.

With at least 5 years experience in leading team, allocation of work and development of people.

Proficient in data structures and associated algorithms.

Good knowledge of SQL and experience with industry standard databases like MS SQL, mySQL or ORACLE is preferred.

Familiar with XML, XSLT & MSMQ.

Familiar with Windows and Linux platforms.

Familiar with multi-threaded programming and NET Framework is an advantage.

Knowledge and interest in Big Data and/or A.I. technologies.

Good English and Mandarin.
