Responsibilities

Report to the Deputy Managing Director.

Lead a sizable team of service engineers to ensure service delivery and fulfillment of service agreements to customers in Hong Kong.

Ensure high quality service delivery of the team, by on site monitoring and upgrading skill set of teammates based on field feedback, by providing training and updating the latest service bulletins, newsletters received from Hotline Support in the Headquarter.

Stay in good touch with key customers to understand their needs and requirements, offer additional solutions to enhance the service revenue in selling spare sales, system upgrade or other value-added services.

Control operational cost for service function to maintain profitable service operation.

Be the key point of contact to communicate with clients in all the issues related to service delivery, e.g. regular review of SLAs, handling complaints if necessary.

Develop new model of services if new customer group was established.

  

Job Requirements

University graduate in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.

Over 10 years of experience in service delivery, with solid client facing experience, and in which 5 years of managerial experience of leading a sizable team of over 10 people.

Excellent knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM).

Has sound presentation skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, communication skill and decision making skill.

Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
