Job Responsibilities           

• Complete maintenance requests for system responsibilities to a satisfactory level
• Ensure preventative maintenance for system responsibilities are completed in accordance to the Master Planned Maintenance schedule
• Complete alterations and additions' projects for system responsibilities
• Control electricity consumption of system responsibilities
• Perform any other duties as requested by the management

 Job Requirements

• Successful completion of a full craft or technical apprenticeship in a relevant trade or other equivalent course of practical training
• Holder of Construction Site Safety Card
• Sound knowledge of hotel operation
• Good command of Cantonese and fair of English
• Shift duties is required
