BIM Manager

Job Duties:

• Lead a team of BIM modelers, coordinators providing inhouse BIM services.
• Implement BIM in projects, namely
• Develop BIM workflow
• Develop BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, templates, tools, strategies and QA/QC
• Ensure projects delivery on time.
• Manage and resolve BIM related issues and tasks.
• Recommend, direct and supports project teams on BIM issues.
• Plan, design and implement training schemes for various levels of staff to enhance BIM capabilities.
• Keep track of the latest BIM development whereas they be hardware, software, equipment and recommend their adoptions to the management for approval and support business development & client relationship development.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering.
• Professional Member of HKIBIM and Member of some recognized Professional Associations.
• At least 15 years working experience in construction / engineering work with no less than 5 years with BIM large-scale projects, holding responsible position.
• Proficiency in CSID/CBWDs production and BIM authoring tools like Autodesk Suite, and various plug-ins like MagiCad, Sysque, Fuzer, Kubity to increase productivity.
• Understand Employers Information Requirements (EIR) documentation. Prepare BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), BIM templates and standards for use in the project teams.
• Strong management, communication and organizational skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English & Chinese
