Role & Responsibilities:

• Being the leader of the Engineering department at HKGTA, you will be responsible for the regular maintenance and facilities management of the premises, including E&M services, builders work, landscaping, golf and tennis areas, F&B outlets, swimming pools, rooms, and other areas within HKGTA
• To prepare technical specifications and tender documents for maintenance and A&A works
• Leading the in house team and contractors for maintenance, new works of E&M services and builder’s works
• To provide technical advice and resolve problems
• To work with internal users, appointed outsource contractors, tenders, and suppliers to ensure the smooth operations
• To perform ad-hoc projects, tasks, and regular reports as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Engineering or related disciplines
• 8+ years relevant experience in property or facilities maintenance and practical experience in leading 10 to 20 subordinates
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications
• Well versed with building-related laws, Codes of Practices and regulations
• Experience in early stage / pre-project planning / hospitality industry is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), AutoCAD, and other relevant softwares
• Working on shift is required
