Job Requirements:

• Practising member of one of the following professional institutions:

1. The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
2. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
3. The Hong Kong Institute of Architects;
4. The Royal Institute of British Architects;
5. The Institute of Civil Engineers;
6. The Institution of Structural Engineers;
7. The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Disciplines);
8. The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Disciplines)

• Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in which at least 1 year shall be in building maintenance in Hong Kong
