Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate / Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above);
• 3 years’ relevant experience in building maintenance work experience is an advantage;
• Proficiency in both written Chinese and English;
• Provide technical support for daily operation and maintenance for estate;
• Lead the technical team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance.
