• Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Professional membership to MHKIE / MICE 
• Chartered professional with experience in infrastructure / civil design 
• Skilled in planning, feasibility and detailed design works
• Must have worked on Hong Kong engineering projects
• Familiarity with various Government departments and procedures
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
