Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Recreation/Facilities or related disciplines 
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in clubhouse management of which 3 years at supervisory level
• Positive working attitude, highly independent, strong leadership and communication skills
•  Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of a clubhouse including budget preparation and control, and clubhouse maintenance
• Develop operational policies and procedures
• Promote and maintain good relationships with owners/tenants through organizing various recreational activities
• Supervise and provide training to the clubhouse team in daily management duties to ensure meeting requirements of clients and company's standard
• Assist to prepare annual budget
