The Job:

• To provide one-stop services and support to our commercial customers at Service Centers
• To coordinate with internal parties in handling customers enquiries
• To issue service orders

The Person:

• HKCEE / DSE holder with minimum 1 year’s experience in telecommunications or customer service field 
• Knowledge in Telecommunication products and services is preferred
• Outgoing personality , customer-oriented, self-motivated, responsible
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English. Other dialects will be an advantage
