Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of pastry.  Ensure compliance with our Operational standards, Company policies & health & safety.
• Manage the pastry kitchen team for daily cafe operations.
• Train and develop the pastry team on all new recipes and standards.
• A la carte pastry / afternoon tea set / Canapes menu design for store opening.
• Coordinate with team and ensure product launches and production schedules.
• Manage the suppliers, ensure compliance with the best quality of food. 
• Train the team to upgrade the skills in order to reach the principal brand standard 

Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience in pastry production including 3 years’ experience as Head Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, or Executive in luxury F&B group
• Luxury hotel / restaurant exposure is an advantage 
• Solid experience and skills in handling pastry menu design
• Familiar and have a good sense of pastry trend
• Experience in a new opening is a plus.
• Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated and demonstrate great passion in pastry and constantly drive for perfection 
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
