工作職責：

1、 為總裁提供優質管家服務；

2、 海內外行程制定、機票酒店預訂

3、 居家生活大小事務的統籌規劃及安排

4、 涉及企業外部合作夥伴、單位的洽談和接待工作，以及集團商務活動和重要客戶的組織和接待；

5、 整合公司各項資源，策劃並完成接待、合作談判以及業務交流等工作及相關公關及應酬事務；

6、 公司臨時性的商務、公關等事務的管理、統籌與配合支持。

職位要求：

1、優秀的服務意識（有相關從業經驗者優先）

2、較強的溝通及協調能力，熟悉技巧及待客禮儀，識溝普通話優先

3、熟悉高端消費場所、香港娛樂等，有服務高凈值客戶經驗者優先

4、細心、有耐心、辦事穩妥、社會經驗豐富的香港原籍居民優先。

 Company background

Our client is a software development Group limited in the entertainment sector of southeast Asia,and the Hong Kong branch is location in Kowloon bay.

Responsiblity

1.Provide high-quality butler service for the President;

2. Make domestic and overseas travel plans, book air tickets and hotels

3. Overall planning and arrangement of domestic life affairs

4. Involved in the negotiation and reception of external partners and units, as well as the organization and reception of group business activities and important customers;

5. Integrated various resources of the company, planned and completed reception, cooperation negotiation, business communication and other work and related public relations and social affairs;

6. Manage, coordinate and support temporary business and public relations affairs.

Requirements

.Original HK residents would be perfect

.Mininum 8 years of experience in supporting related management

.Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently

.Familiar with high-end consumption places, Hong Kong entertainment, etc

.Excellent command of spoken Chinese including Mandarin
