Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local retail and overseas export business of supplies purchasing including food and non-food items
• Assists in keeping track & monitor inventory movement
• Review the requisition of purchase, source & negotiate with suppliers and order follow-up
• Review supplier performance regularly to ensure their competitiveness in terms of cost and quality
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant procurement experience in catering or hospitality industry
• PC knowledge essential
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, good communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer
