Job Description
Working Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guests.
- Monitor all telephone activities and services at the 1 Call Centre.
- Answer all guests enquiries related to hotel activities and facilities.
- Supervise and maintain smooth operation in 1 Call Centre.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel telephone service, with at least 2 years of experience at supervisory level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Friendly and outgoing
