Working Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guests.
• Monitor all telephone activities and services at the 1 Call Centre.
• Answer all guests enquiries related to hotel activities and facilities.
• Supervise and maintain smooth operation in 1 Call Centre.
  
  

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel telephone service, with at least 2 years of experience at supervisory level
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Friendly and outgoing
