Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop and formulate the Corporate strategy.
• Work closely with Hotel Managers and Sales in-charge in sales activities.
• Lead the Revenue and e-Commerce Team in driving the revenue and social media exposure.
• Develop and enhance relationship with key partners to assist hotels in business targets, negotiate and closing deals.
• Develop and implement the sales plan for pre-opening of new properties.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 - 10 years sales working experience in hotel industry with 3 years at managerial level
• Good knowledge of Sales, Revenue, Reservations and eCommerce Marketing
• Independently, detail minded and innovative
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, interpersonal & presentation skill
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese, Putonghua and English
• Willingness to travel
