Job Description

職責︰

  • 協助制訂及監察每天生產及運輸流程
  • 監察產品質量至達標
  • 協助制定成本架構、控制損耗
  • 執行及按時完成新產品之研發
  • 確保餅房運作順利
  • 保持餅房清潔衛生

 

入職要求:

  • 5年或以上有關工作經驗
  • 責任心及獨立處事能力強
  • 具領導才能及良好人際關係
  • 管理餅房或曾任職連鎖餅店工場經驗
  • 必須懂使用電腦及具基本電腦常識

Curating palatable and variegated food and beverage experience in our central kitchen located at Yau Tong, Metropolitan F&B Management Limited is both a central kitchen operator and restaurant operator.  We manages 9 restaurants, namely Dragon Inn, Metro Café, Metro Asia, Taiwan Delight, Umi Washokudo, One Hot Pot, 港飲港食 and WhizBo Kids Café at We Go Mall, Ma On Shan as well as Dragon Inn Bistro at Wanchai and prepare food items for different food and beverage operators.
