Responsibilities:

• Handling the daily operations of the shop including but not limited to travel orders, personnel rosters, administration and logistics arrangement, etc.
• Prepare regular business analysis reports and new proposal plans to the Management
• Outbound travel arrangements and logistics with external business partner and reviewing all related business contracts
• Explore new customer markets and manage the customer relations database
• Provide professional and quality travel consulting services to customers
• Coordinate and led all subordinates with good selling and CS skills to achieve the company goals
• Coach and supervise subordinates to meet customer satisfactions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism or related course
• Professional license gained from tourism management courses
• 5 years’ or above relevant experience in which 2 years in managerial role
• Good tourism products, travel knowledge, booking systems and vehicle knowledge would be an advantage
• Stationed in Macau
