Job Description

• To provide a high quality of concierge services to guests, be proactive to handle their needs & enquiry
• Responsible for handling luggage / message / incoming items for hotel guests;
• Provide transportation & sight-seeing information and arrangement for hotel guests;
• Handle guests’ enquires effectively and efficiently.

 Requirement

• Secondary educated or above
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Customer services oriented
• Hard-working, willing to take responsibility and initiative
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Assistant (Senior Bell Attendant)
