Responsibilities:

• Assist to oversee day-to-day coffee bar services
• Provide high standard of customer services to guests including all beverages recommendation and follow up customers’ requests and comments
• Assist to planning of coffee promotions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ hands-on experience
• Good coffee knowledge with passion to share experience to guests
• A good team player with customer service oriented
• Good command in English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
