Job Responsibilities

• Achieve high level of guest satisfaction in a courteous and friendly manner 
• Prepare all the arrival arrangement and process check-in & out for VIPs
• Ensure VIPs receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
• Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently
• Update the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile section
• Provide support and assist Front Office operation during peak periods

 Job Requirements

• Holder of Diploma or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' related working experience in Front Office department
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak other languages are highly preferred
• Mature, service-oriented, pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on shifts (Non overnight shift)
